Introduction

Swamiji-Photo

I am happy and feel proud to introduce myself as a devoted follower of my Guru Paramhansa Niranjanananda Saraswati. My beloved Guru has advised me to spread the Teachings of my Dada Guru Paramhansa Satyananda Saraswati, all over the world. I am doing it in India, through my "Better Living" programmes.

My order of sannyasa is Saraswati, as my Guru said "Saraswati symbolizes the removal of all darkness & disease, Both Mental and Physical through the science of  yoga. This is my work.

I belong to "Bihar School of Yoga".
